Upcoming farm purchase forces the sale of my pride and
joy. Its not a show car but it is a great looking daily
driver. Since the photo was taken we have added the Mach 1
stripes and a set of louvres. Car has front and rear
spoilers and fold down rear seat. Originally colour silver
jade but repainted in the late 80's. Last year paint was
tidied up and any rust found was removed and replaced with
new metal.Car runs a 351 W, 3.1 diff and FMX transmission.
It sits on 14inch Craigers. The trans has just been fully
serviced. Motor in excellent condition. Has disc brakes at
front, but they are not power assisted. Car was originally
a manual, it still has pedal box and clutch pedal mounted
in the car. Interior is tidy and complete. Has twin
coby's fitted and sounds fantastic.

1964 1/2 notchback.
The car has a rare D code engine (289 cubic inch
displacement, 271 horsepower;1964 ½ models only) and an
early production date (July 2, 1964 production at Dearborn,
Michigan; the first Mustangs were made in April). The
original color is silver smoke grey metallic, with a black
interior. It has a rebuilt 289 V8, that has been hardened
(so it runs on regular unleaded gasoline), C4 (three speed)
automatic transmission and recently rebuilt drum brakes
(including new master cylinder). It has 103,000 miles. It
has a sweet sounding exhaust and accelerates quickly and
runs great. Repair records for over 20 years are available.
This car was purchased by my father in 1964 and has been in
my family, in Los Angeles County, California, since the
summer of 1964. It served as a second car. It is not a
restoration project but has been well cared for since 1964.
It has never been "wrecked," and the frame and body are in
good condition as is the interior. It was parked in the
garage from 1964 until 2000 so there is very little rust. It does not have AC. My father died and I do
not have a garage to park it in. Buyer is advised to have
car inspected before purchase and will need to pay for
shipping after payment has been made.

match! This car is a CA. car from day one! It only has
88,272 miles on it. It appears to be the incorrect
toploader trans. The rearend is probably the original one
since it is a nodular case and it has 31sp. axles and is
3.50 ratio. There is a deluxe Marti report. VIN:

1969 Mach 1. 4v C6 auto, fold down rear seat,
power steering, power brakes, air con, AM/FM stereo
radio, tinted glass. Well documented 3 owner vehicle.
Owned since March 1990. 77,685 miles. Matching numbers –
engine, chassis, transmission. Motor rebuilt,
blueprinted, produces a conservative 425 hp– has 200 miles
on it. C6AE-R heads, ported, polished and outflow
Edlebrock’s and cobrajets! The original c8ae-h (smog)
heads included. The motor has forged pistons, flexplate,
custom cam, solid lifters, adjustable rockers, stainless
fasteners, Edlebrock performer rpm 390 intake, Edlebrock
valve covers (original chrome covers included) Holley
650cfm carburettor, Ford Motorsport tri-y headers
(ceramic coated), Flowmaster 2 chamber mufflers, exhaust
is aluminized 2½” with “x” pipe crossover. The rear
valance is 429 style w/out exhaust tip cut-outs. New
radiator, and new power steering control valve. The rear
end has new Richmond 3.50 gears and new traction loc
centre. Original 3.00 gears included. Paint is new sikkens
two stage silver jade (ralley black, silver jade and clear
coat – extra paint included). Hood, scoop, and windshield
cowl are correct low gloss black (ralley black) with
correct striping. Body was completely stripped to metal by
combination plastic media stripping and sanding. The only
part of the car not removed for paint was the windshield,
dash, and headliner (which are perfect). All small parts
were removed, glass beaded, primered and painted. The
black mach 1 interior is near mint. The seat upholstery is
all original and in beautiful condition. The fold-down
chrome is immaculate, as is the fibreglass, with very
little flaw. The door panels and carpet are new. The dash
is in perfect condition, as is the center console and sill
plates (new). The clock does not work, and i include a
spare. The radio does not work and there are no speakers
installed. I include a new aftermarket “mustang” am/fm
radio. The air conditioning vents are perfect – no breaks
or cracks. All controls work as new, as do all gauges, and
dash lighting. All door seals are included. The window
glass is all original, without any cracks or delamination.
All glass trim is in excellent condition. All marker light
lenses are new, as are the backup lights, license plate
light and taillights. All glass and light gaskets/seals
are new. New magnum 500 styled steel wheels with new
center caps and new bfg radial ta’s. 235/70-15 on 15x8”
rear and 215/70-15 on 15x7” front. The original set of (4)
styled steel wheels, beauty rings, and caps are included.
The suspension components are about five thousand miles
new. Front end has new “a” arms, sway bar, and high rate
springs. Rear has high rate leafs, poly bushings, and high
performance sway bar. New kyb gas shocks.
Original documents include: window sticker, assembly line
inspection sheets, passenger car factory build sheets,
sales invoice, registration and title documents for last
36 years.
