1970 Ford Coupe (Sold)

Details:  1970 Mustang Coupe, 302 Windsor with new water pump and reconditioned radiator. Auto transmission, factory Air Conditioning, vinyl roof, power steering. solid chrome wide wheels with good tyres. New heavier front sway bar and new rear sway bar.  Rear leaf springs re tempered and reset, with a new bush kit fitted. New shocks fitted front and rear. New brake booster. Complete dashboard restoration, and new heater radiator.  Bare metal respray and complete new rubber seal kit fitted at the time. This car is in very good condition inside and out and runs/drives very well.

Auto fully rebuilt and shift kitted. Front disc brakes, fully rebuilt suspension with nylothane throughout.  Heavy duty sway bar, coil springs, shocks etc.  15" Cragar mags with 225 x 50 x 15's. 1966 Mustang GT Restoration Project. (Sold)

Details:  1966 GT Fastback. VIN number 6R09A141813. The factory options for this car are as follows: Factory A Code 289 four barrel engine, four speed, 3.00 8" diff, disc brakes, blue and white pony luxury interior, night mist blue exterior. The details from the drivers door tag are as follows: Body 63B - 2 door fastback luxury, Colour K - Night mist blue, Trim 62 - Blue and white luxury, Date 09M - 9 December 1965, SO 72 - San Jose, Axle 1 - 3.00 Ratio, Trans 5 - 4 speed manual wide ratio.
As you can tell by the pictures this car needs a full restoration, it is missing a lot of parts most of which can be bought new.  I have the original engine but no gearbox.  Has a rust hole in the passenger side rear floor-pan and has accident damage in the left rear and rust in the boot around the gas tank.  It will need a rear quarter and other sheet metal work.  It still has the original doors with the VIN tag on the drivers door.  I have the fold-down rear seat and front seats and miscellaneous other parts, but cannot account for everything that is missing so please don't ask.  This car is imported with all the correct paperwork, I still have the original pink slip and it can be eventually registered on the road here in New Zealand with no problems.  This is a major restoration project and the car is very rare and worth a lot of money when restored.

1965 K Code GT Historic Mustang Race Car  (Withdrawn)

Details:    1965 K Code GT - Historic race car. Refer car #1 in Historic Racers section of this site. 1st racing (possibly 1st ever) Mustang in NZ, imported in Sept 65 after being race prepped / equipped by Shelby American. Extensive race history, driven successfully by Ivan Segedin and Red Dawson. Restored to original race condition, complete with original American Racing wheels, Detroit locker diff, Hi-Po 289 (currently with webers, which will NOT be sold with the car), T-10 4 speed, over-ride traction bars. Everything new or fully rebuilt. Currently on restoration file, but in road legal condition - simply remove mufflers to return to race trim. One of only 3 historically - significant Mustang race cars not in overseas collections. Current owner 15 years, now reluctantly offered for sale.
