National Convention 1996

The 17th National Mustang Convention was hosted by the Manawatu Mustang Owners Club in Palmerston North.

The conference was centered at the Quality Hotel.

Friday: Registration in the Armanda bar, of the Quality Hotel.
Saturday: Mustang car show at the Akers Pavillion

   

Sunday: Motor skills at Awapuni Racecourse.
Sunday night: Dinner and prize giving at the hotel

Monday: Convoy to Woodland lodge for Brunch and farewells.

Attendance by the various clubs was:

Auckland: 12 cars
Waikato: 6 cars
Central Regions: 6 cars
Taranaki: 10 cars
Manawatu: 25 cars
Canterbury: 12 cars

Total: 71 cars
